- End to End recruitment processes including faculty.
- Prepare the recruitment plan, job descriptions and specification, time lines mapping and various other formats.
- Experience of using Job Portal, Employment Exchange and Consultants for the recruitment purpose.
- Salary fitment and various reimbursements.
- Maintenance of the data- base for the candidates interviewed, and to be Interviewed.
- Joining formalities with their onboarding.
- Preparing all Employee data in Excel sheet and updating it time to time.
- Assisting Head-HR in preparing Job Description and KRA's at all levels for evaluation.
- Preparing all increment and promotion letters at the time of appraisal.
- Sharing information with the employees in different forums.
- Preparing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Transfer letter, Relieving letter and Experience Certificate as per requirement.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Candidates should have knowledge of MIS, Analytic & Advanced Excel and should be comfortable working with large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
-Team oriented and collaborative approach
