Job Responsibilities
:
- Locate and identify
potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups /
associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
- Documenting and reporting out on search progress, including candidate pipeline, diversity initiatives, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers across US/UK/LATAM region to develop a thorough understanding of the job requirements and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
- Creating sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly-competitive US/UK/LATAM market.
- Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Keeping abreast with the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests.
- Work with the other regional TA members to share best practices and showcase regional achievements.
- Foster teamwork to maximize workplace efficiencies, quality initiatives and customer satisfaction.
