Manage
the entire recruiting life cycle, from candidate profile generation through
sourcing, interviewing, influencing hiring decisions, initiating background
check, making compensation recommendation in discussion with hiring managers,
salary negotiations with candidate, extending the offer letter to candidate
- Produce status reports indicating recruiting activity, costs, and candidate status.
- Assist managers in the development of job descriptions and recruiting requisitions as and when needed.
- Candidates needs to be aware of new innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices and needs to know how to utilize web searches and social media sites to create communicate and generate leads
- Proven experience driving the recruiting process, with accountability for meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting Banking & Business development professionals (Core Non IT)
- Exposed to Mid - Senior level hiring
- Strong Sourcing Skills using Job Boards & social media
- Effective communication skills (oral & written); ability to persuade and negotiate salaries with candidates
- Ability to work as an individual contributor & a strategic Thinker
- Skills in database management and reporting
- Ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment
